At Kozy Kandles, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products- used candles, room sprays, perfumes or wax melts cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Kozy Kandles within 7 days of delivery.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at email@example.com for further details.
If a return is accepted: All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Kozy Kandles, without direct contact from me stating to return the item(s), will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender.
We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.
